Nominees are being sought for the 2009 Livonia First Citizen and 2009 Outstanding Youth Award sponsored by the Livonia Observer. The First Citizen and Outstanding Youth will be honored at the Livonia Chamber of Commerce Leadership Awards Event on Thursday, Jan. 22 at the Laurel Manor Banquet & Conference Center.
