Last Day for Food Drive at Fifth Third Bank
Did you know that during the summer more than 300,000 kids who usually get meals in school are home and hungry? This is the last day that donations are being collected at the Fifth Third Bank located at 19025 Newburgh Rd (corner of 7 Mile and Newburgh). All food collected will be donated to Gleaners. Gleaners' "Wish List" of nutritional canned food items includes peanut butter, tuna, soup, ravioli, beef stew, baby food, formula and other high-protein items. Monetary donations are also welcome. Let’s help feed the hungry children in our community. Remember: 3lbs of food = 1 Day of Food and $1.00 = 1 Day of Food
